Ms. Wisnieski does this by assisting the hotel's revenue management team to analyze current practices with a focus on forecasting, channel management, distribution, strategic and tactical pricing/inventory management. Since she entered the hospitality industry in 1986, she has worked in every area of the hospitality industry from operations to sales and revenue management. She is also an expert in a myriad of systems including: Synxis, ihotelier, Marsha, Holidex, NetRez, Epitome, Opera, CLS, HIS, EZ-Yield, Daylight, Maestro, Springer Miller, Channel Direct, and Delphi. As sole proprietor of Virtual Revenue Manager™ she consults with owners, asset managers, hotel management companies, and hotels to develop and implement strategic revenue management plans that maximized revenue, profit, and market share.
